| Villa Giardina Verde is set at the top of a hill it is an eight minute drive to San genesio. Off a quiet country lane , up a private drive the house is secluded and the setting rural and tranquil, lush gardens and lawns surround the house and pool making for a safe, happy environment for playing children. There are beautiful views from all aspects of the house and garden, mountains one side, hill top towns and the coast on the other. The villa and garden apartment sleep eight with various choices of terrace and loggia to choose from to eat, drink, admire the view and relax in the tranquil, private setting of Villa Giardina. |
| From the entrance steps there is a lower terrace with another roofed loggia covered with climbing plants and set with pots and plants. This has rattan chairs and tables, seating for 8 people with more lovely views .The garden apartment close to the pool has a private entrance, a double bed/sofa/ kitchenette, table and chairs. There is a private shower room en suite with WC, sink and bidet. This room can be used as a reception room/sitting room/games room if not used. Under the house there is a games room with ping pong and table football, chairs, music system and TV. A popular and perfect kids room. Along side is a proper pizza oven. A swing and slide .The pool is oval shaped all one depth with ship steps. The villa is a very child friendly environment. Close to the pool is another wooden loggia shaded and covered in climbing plants. This also has chairs and a table. Sun chairs and furniture are provided for your comfort. The garden has a water feature and mistly flat lawn and abundantly planted with flowering shrubs and flower beds. There is a long driveway with large established shrub beds and a spacious car parking area in front of the house. Iron gates add to your sense of complete privacy and security. The villa is popular with young families with plenty of activities for children in a safe , secure environment in complete privacy close to a famous hill town. Adults enjoy the dhoice of balconies and shaded loggias to sit with a coffee or glass of wine admiring the breathtaking views. The separate cottage is popular for grandparents being on one level and fully independent or any one in your party who prefers a bit of time out. |
| Sarnano - Busy hil town with all shopping necessities. The gateway to the Sibillini national mountain park with lake fiastra, circular walks and awesome scenery.Umbria is over the mountian pass and the Sassatetto Sking Resort is only 30 mins away. Amandola 8 km .Sarnano weekly market Thursday. Day trips to Assisi and Ascoli Piceno both less than two hours and Loreto, Fermo or Ascoli Piceno. The regional capital Macerata is a 20 minute drive with not only top quality boutiques and restaurants but a spectacular open air opera season in the summer. Web site to Macerata Opera: See below. The local area is busy with festa and Sagras in the summer and Aumtmn time celebrating harvests and holidays. These are great fun for all the family, everyone staying up late into the night, eating gelati and dancing. Close by the Adriatic coast with its long white beaches and numerous fish restaurants and nightlife is an easy 40 minute drive. The Sibilini mountains with all their natural beauty, wonderful walking, skiing, wild flowers and pony trekking along with water sports on a natural fresh water lake are 45 minutes drive from the house.The nearest beach Civitanova is a 40 minute drive offering sandy beaches and a wide choice of fish restaurants, shops, boutiques and coffee bars.There is a lively night life scene too. The chic resorts of Grottamare and San Benedetto are a further 30 minutes to the south. Monte Conero National Park is about an hours drive to the north with well marked walks, mountain biking and excellent beaches and restaurants at Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo.
