The pool below the house has wonderful views and this stunning house originating form the 17C has been recently restored from an old monastery to an
exactingly high standard retaining the old character of the original and with the addition of modern comforts and luxuries including underfloor heating, a hand
made maple wood kitchen and an outside dining area. The huge arched windows allow full view of the wonderful views and create a light and airy atmosphere.
The accommodation offers 5 bedrooms one being a single with a cot and three bathrooms , one ensuite to the master bedroom.

Kitchen: Fully-fitted hand-built kitchen with granite work surfaces: electric cooker, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Large table
accommodates 8 people comfortably.
Living Rooms: Large sitting room has comfortable sofas, a TV with DVD player, a full wall of books to read and a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings.
Other: Outside shaded loggia below the large arches provides extra room for sitting or lounging.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Weekly cleaning service (towels and sheets changed), all linen included; please bring own beach towels for pool.

Underfloor heating for winter months, plus wood-burning stove in sitting room and double-glazed windows and doors making the house perfect for winter lets. Room
fans available in summer. Stair gates available for young children's' safety if required.

Outside
Formal terrace in front of the house has a table and chairs that sit 8 people comfortably. Down at the pool are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. The
pool measures 10m by 3.5m, lined in a stylish dark grey to integrate it into the natural landscape.
Distances
Loro Piceno is a small hill town, 5 minutes drive away. It has 2 supermarkets, 2 banks, a butcher, 2 bakers and a weekly market on Mondays. Five minutes in the other
direction from the villa are the roman remains of Urbs Salvia, the most important archaeological site of the region. A roman amphitheatre, market place, medieval
castle and a small museum in the town are open to visitors. Macerata, a larger university town that holds an open-air opera season every summer is only 20 minutes
away.
