| Casa Noce offers comfortable and elegant accommodation for up to 10 people. Entering the front door you enter the dining area with seating for up to 10 people. The kitchen leads from the dining room with another table and chairs. The attractive wooden fitted kitchen is well equipped for cooking and food preparation with a large fridge, wood burning oven, hob, dish washer, kettle and coffee maker, microwave. A utility room in a converted pig pen has a washing machine. The kitchen has french doors leading to the front terrace and front of the house . The sitting room has a large leather sofa, had a 40 " wide screen TV with DVD player, CD player and open working fireplace. Extra seating is available. fireplace. A large covered tiled loggia leads from the sitting room which leads into the garden. There is a wooden table and seating for outside dining along with rattan chairs , a wonderful place to sit in the shade and admire the enchanting garden and views of the the local hill top town. |
The sleeping accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with a shower room on the ground floor. A wrought iron gate can be closed to
secure the bedroom which helps with child security.
An enclosed staircase leads from the sitting rom up to the bedrooms.
One the first floor the principle bedroom has a spacious four poster bed with TV and a private bathroom with bath, 2 sinks, shower, bidet and
WC. There is bed side lighting and tables and plenty of storage for clothing.
The next bedroom opposite the master bedroom has a large wooden , comfortable bed, a TV, wardrobe and bedside lighting, tables and
storage. This room has a private shower room with a shower cubicle, sink and WC.
Next is a very pretty twin bedded room which again has a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, storage, bedside lighting and tables.
A wooden staircase with a rail leads up to the third floor to an attractive attic style bedroom which can accommodate two people and is best
suited to smaller children although not toddlers. This room has two single beds and storage with a bathroom containing a sink, WC and Bath
with shower attachment.
There is a cot available and a temporary bed.
All the bedroom have shutters and room fans.
All linen and towels are provided and changed weekly.
The villa has full central heating and is available for longer lets in the winter months.
