with a private pool terrace and extensive grounds, panoramic views and
accommodation for up to 14 people.
It is located within the central to southern area of Le Marche which is held to be the most
beautiful and sought after in the region.
With astonishing views of the mountains from the house and pool terrace, Il Nido del falco
translates as The nest of the Hawk. The house is located just below the beautiful
medieval town Monte San Martino which it is possible to walk to from the house.
From its elevated position the house enjoys wonderful far reaching views and is secluded
and private.

A 20 minute walk takes you into the
picturesque hill top town Monte San Martino
which has not only a good restaurant and bar in
the main piazza but a famous art collection in one
of the churches and an art gallery.
There are countless hill top towns in the area
to explore and enjoy the many excellent
restaurants .An English restaurant guide to the
area will be in the house to help you along. The
choices are plentiful.
50 minutes to the coast and 35 minutes to the
mountains.

The pool is situated above the house and is
generously proportioned as its the sun
terrace surrounding it. The pool is 12 x 6 m
with a shallow and deep end and roman
teps.the terrace is fenced and can be made
totally secure if necessary for young children.
There is a pool house with a barbecue and
showers/wc and plenty of shade and sun
furniture provided.
Bikes are also available.
there is another semi industrial kitchen and huge dining room with an open fire which was used
for harvest dinners in the winter. This room is perfect for when larger parties rent the house
and wish to dine in this atmospheric
ex-cantina.
The house and grounds are spacious and beautifully finished full of character and extremely
comfortable and charming. The quiet, elevated location providing a perfect Italian haven the
bells of the hill top town wafting down the valley, the sun setting behind the distant mountains
and close enough to the village to nip up for a coffee in the piazza in the morning sunshine.
Just over one hour from Le Marches airport Ancona with flights from Ryan Air London Stansted and Liverpool. Le Marche neighbours Tuscany, Umbria
and Emilia Romagna but has very few tourists in comparason and has been described as Italy in one region and Italy's best kept secret.
