| The villa is offers flexible arrival days with no set changeover day and excellent value for money. The closest village provides most shopping requirements with a good small supermarket, butchers, vegetable shops, chemist, bank and 3 bars serving fantastic ice cream and delicious Italian coffee. The village has three excellent restaurants one has a panoramic dining terrace with exceptional views towards the coast and the Adriatic sea. The other close hilltown visible from the house also has two excellent supermarkets, an assortment of useful shops, banks with ATM, chemists, fascinating churches and architecture, two first class restaurants and two excellent pizzerias close by. The regional capital Macerata is a 20 minute drive with not only top quality boutiques and restaurants but a spectacular open air opera season in the summer. These are great fun for all the family, everyone staying up late into the night, eating gelati and dancing. Close by the Adriatic coast with its long white beaches and numerous fish restaurants and nightlife is an easy 50 minute drive. The Sibilini mountains with all their natural beauty, wonderful walking, skiing, wild flowers and pony trekking along with water sports on a natural fresh water lake are 45 minutes drive from the house |
| House Details There is a door leading to the front terrace and driveway, a utility room and another WC/Cloakroom behind the kitchen. The professional style kitche is very well equipped as used in the colder months for cooking large 10 ciurse Italian lunches over grape harvest time and the house is used as a wedding venue due to its good kitchen, large dining area and superb location with views to die for. The kitchen leads to the dining room which in turn leads out on to the loggia meaning easy access for all the outside dining you will no doubt do as the villa has been designed to utilise the beautiful terrace/pool area to full extent and make the utmost of the spectacular views. A large wine cooling fridge in the dining room is stocked with the vineyards wine and can be purchased and enjoyed in house. Upstairs: The staircase is walled in on both sides and has a rail. It leads up to the spacious hall area which leads to all five bedrooms. The house is perfectly set out no difficult access to room or attics and high ceilings. There are five bedroom each with a double bed and three have a single camp bed if needed. Each bedroom has a private shower room which is fitted with high quality, new fixtures, containing a sink, bidet, WC and shower cubicle. The bedrooms all contain a telephone, TV, Wardrobe, and room fans. Bedside lighting with tables and good quality bed linen and towels all provided within the weekly rental rate. Extra or daily cleaning is available if required. The mother of the Signore Saputi who owns the house along with the surrounding vineyards is available to provide three course lunches or dinners whenever desired for an extremely desirable price. |
| Outside: Inside le Vigne is spacious , airy and full of light with huge amounts of character and charm. Recently restored in 2005 to a high standard there is the added luxury of a 14 x 7 blue lined pool with roman steps, an attached paddling pool for children and a shallow and deep end .The pool area is attractively secured by a wooden fence and a wooden gate preventing access to toddlers unless supervised. The loggia overlooks the pool and the fence security provides perfect peace of mind there is no danger of a small child wandering into the pool or outside the loggia area as the front driveway and play areas are fenced as well. There is a large barbecue and childrens swings plus a plentiful supply of sun chairs, umbrellas and tables. The pool has a baby pool attached and a safety mat to prevent slipping. The pool itself has elegant roman steps , a shallow and deep end with a safety ledge all around for extra safety. It is quite deep enough for diving and a generous size for proper swimming with extraordinary views south facing enjoying all day and evening sun. The long covered loggia and plenty of large canvas umbrellas ensure protection form the hot summer Italian sun. The surround is paved and flat as is the whole area surrounding the house with a swing and childrens furniture. Below the house is a vineyard belonging to the owner who lives in the local area and produces a high quality red wine which is available to purchase. Signore Saputi is something of a local celebrity famous for the wine he produces .The house nestles within glorious Italian countryside in a peaceful secluded setting with lovely walks from the house down winding country roads used mostly by sheep herds and the occasional tractor. This lovely converted farmhouse in this beautiful part of le marche has been restored to a very high standard elegantly furnished with Italian country antiques and decorated to create a soothing and relaxed atmosphere. The house sleeps up to 12 people with en suite facilities for 10 people .The pool is visible from the house a long covered loggia runs along one side from the house providing a perfect vantage point to supervise children while enjoying a long lunch or chilled glass of wine enjoying the breath taking views. The surrounding countryside is farmland with vineyards, fields full of sunflowers ,corn and poppies groves and olive tree groves many belonging to the house. |

| Guest Book Having visited Le Marche many times we have found our perfect holiday home with Le Vigne. The house was so accommodating, the views astounding and the pool such a treat to have such a large, beautiful pool all to our selves. We really hope to come again, we loved sitting under the loggia sipping Mr. Saputi wonderful wine and just mesmerised by the views and lights of the hill towns at nights.
