Le Marche neighbours Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia Romagna but has very few tourists in comparison and has been described as Italy in one region and Italy's best kept secret. It is located within the central to southern area of Le Marche which is held to be the most beautiful and sought after in the region. From the house there are wonderful walks, a perfect opportunity to explore the lovely countryside surrounding the house. The views are wonderful of the surrounding country side and the dramatic Sibillini mountains. From the drive way there is a view of Monte San Martino less than 2 miles away There are countless hill top towns in the area to explore and enjoy the many excellent restaurants. All the rooms have shutters, the whole house has terracotta tiled floors and very high ceilings ensuring a cool internal atmosphere but the house also has central heating and ample log fires making it a wonderful winter retreat and a perfect Chistmas and New Year Holiday Rental.
