Vittoria, an exquisite medieval hill town, a few minutes amble from the house into the
ancient streets, the numerous shops and two excellent restaurants. 500 meters
above sea level the views are quite literally draw dropping from Casa rosi and its
loggias and pool terrace. The salt water 10x 5 pool has magnificent panoramic views
of sea, mountains and hilltowns galore.
The inerior is elegant and cool, great emphasis has been put on comfort and
presentation . The three bedrooms each has a private bathroom fitted with top
quality fittings.
Two long, tiled loggias accessed from the numerous french doors from the house
with dining table and chairs and plenty of seating with hammocks and locally crafted
wooden swing seats. Plenty of shaded places to relax and take in the awesome
views.The location offers total privacy accessed off a windy street from the centro
storico up a private white road , the position is tranquil and secluded yet minutes walk
in to the old town. Access is easy to the house, no nieghbours or intrusions there is
