The house is offers flexible arrival days - Wednesday or Saturday but with no set changeover day and excellent value for money.
The closest village provides most shopping requirements with a good small supermarket,chemist, bank and bars serving fantastic ice cream and delicious Italian coffee. The
village has an excellent restaurant within walking distance with a panoramic dining terrace with exceptional views towards the coast and the Adriatic sea.
The other close hilltown visible from the house also has another excellent restaurant serving pizza also ,a bank with ATM, chemist, fascinating architecture,and several
excellent pizzerias and restuarants close by.
The regional capital Macerata is a 20 minute drive with not only top quality boutiques and restaurants but a spectacular open air opera season in the summer. Web site to

The local area is busy with festa and Sagras in the summer time celebrating harvests and holidays. These are great fun for all the family, everyone staying up late into the
night, eating gelati and dancing.
Close by the Adriatic coast with its long white beaches and numerous fish restaurants and nightlife is an easy 50 minute drive. The Sibilini mountains with all their natural

Casa Verde offers relaxed spacious, characteristically rustic and comfortable accommodation ideal for families.
A pretty plant festooned loggia graces the front looking down towards the pool and the beautiful countryside of this region.
The pool is 10 m by 5 surrounded by grass and lavender plants. There is spacious garden for games .
The house nestles within glorious Italian countryside in a peaceful setting with lovely walks from the house down winding country roads and into the nearest village.
This lovely old farmhouse in this beautiful part of le marche has a relaxed atmosphere. The house sleeps up to 10 people having 4 double bedrooms and a double sofa

The pool is visible from the house a covered loggia runs along one side from the house providing a perfect vantage point to supervise children while enjoying a long lunch or

The holiday was tremendous and your house is sheer
heaven. Gareth wanted to buy it on the spot but I can't
imagine your ever getting rid of it. You have certainly
found a little piece of heaven! There can't be many
swimming pools where you turn a corner to be greeted by
a view like that. Even preparing scripts was a delight at
6.00 a.m. when you could look out on those hills,- and
you never felt a lonely worker with the small tractors
going round and round from dawn till dusk ploughing
those precipices. As for the restaurant in Loro that you
recommended,- well, it was food to die for and our first
experience after much searching on previous visits of
truly magnificent local cooking. I don't know why I'm
telling you all this when you clearly know it all too well
but we did appreciate your very helpful notes that made
the holiday at your lovely house even more memorable.
