| Casa Stefano is set down its own private drive on an elevated position with graceful, far reaching views of this beautiful area of Le Marche. The Accommodation. The house has been renovated to a high standard with luxurious finishes in the shower and bathrooms and top bedroom suite. You enter the house from the driveway where there is a cloakroom with WC and washing machine. The dining room with table and chairs leads onto a side terrace and the kitchen. The kitchen leads out to the eating terrace. A small sitting room with an open fire and a large leather sofa leads up to the first floor. Here there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin/double. Both room share a luxurious bathroom with large walk in shower, bath, two sinks and a WC. The fittings are of a high standard and contemporary in design . There is another small sitting room with a sofa bed and open fire place. This room leads to the 2nd floor suite which has a double bed, luxury huge walk in shower, large bath tub, 2 sinks and a WC. Theis top floor bedroom area is open plan and leads to a large area of open plan wardrobes and shelving. There is a sitting area with antique stove and leather sofa with a TV. The room has two balconies for enjoying the beautiful views and looking down on the infinity pool area. The outside has a dining terrace close to the house with large wooden tables, a huge umbrella and seating for 6 to 8. The pool is on a lower terrace with a sheltered sitting area which also has table and chairs and sun loungers - A stone built barbecue stands at one end of the pool. The 10 x 4 infinity style pool is with side steps into the shallow end.1.3 m Shallow end. |
Casa Stefano is just over one hour from Le Marches airport Ancona with flights from Ryan Air London Stansted and Liverpool.
