| CASA ROSA is a wonderful, relaxing and luxurious, beautifully restored country house nestling comfortably below the exquisite hill town Santa Vittoria, commanding perfect Italian views of hill towns, rolling hills of sunflowers, olive groves and vines. The 12 x 8 Metre pool has a shallow and deep end, roman steps at the shallow end, a diving board a the deep 6 foot depth end. Surrounded by beds of lavender the pool is in full view of the house and has a safety edge for unsure swimmers. The garden provides a haven of tranquility, well manicured flat lawns rolling down towards an olive grove and ultimately to the professional sized, all weather surface tennis court. The astro turf surface is so comfortable underfoot tennis games are often played shoe less. Peace and comfort surround the house, a shaded loggia generously furnished with large rattan style garden furniture with deep cushions overlooks the pool and is a glorious place to sit back and sip a chilled glass of wine. A long wooden table seating at least 12 people shaded by old vines provides another perfect location for outside dining, the loggia spills out from the dining room and kitchen. Garden chairs with more huge cushions situated an the other end of the house , yet another relaxing opportunity to catch the last of the summer sun or the first morning rays with a good Italian coffee. Comfort and luxury are in abundance in and around this beautiful country home which is perfect for both children and grownups alike. Casa Rosa has been completely restored to a very exacting standard and now provides spacious, airy light filled rooms furnished with guests complete comfort as uttermost priority. The open plan arched living spaces add to the air of space and serenity. A huge sitting room complete with 4 4 seater sofas, and open log burning fire, coffee and occasional tables has French doors leading to different terraces. There is a CD player with high definition speakers and a generous selection of different CD's. The open plan hall way also has a seating area .The kitchen leads through French doors directly to the pool terrace and to the dining room and dining loggia. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality kitchen appliances: dishwasher, 5 gas hob, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, magi mix utensils and gadgets to enjoy cooking in this well provided cooks kitchen. A 6foot double fridge and freezer has a ice maker .The dining room also has French doors leading to the pool terrace and loggia, there is a long table and generous seating .A utility room houses the washing machine and storage for garden furniture. There is a ground floor cloakroom with a shower cubicle, WC, bidet and sink. Seating area for 8 people with 40" flat screen TV SURROUNDING AREA The medieval village 2KM AWAY is a stunning , unspoilt example of a walled medieval hill town. A beautifully preserved and fully inhabited village with some priceless art 4 churches . The house is 30 minutes stroll into the piazza - there is a small , well stocked mini mart which sells meat, vegetable, sundries, wine etc. There is a chemist very close by. A bank with an ATM which accepts visa and foreign cards is almost opposite. There are 3 bars and one excellent restaurant set in a vaulted cantina with a panoramic dining terrace. There are several other hill towns to visit, the coast is 30 minutes drive, Fermo and Macerata ( has an open air opera season in july) are within easy driving distance. The food is typically Marchigianan and absolutely delicious accompanied by many superb Marche wines. Wine maker of the year 2010 Dezi is a 10 minute drive. See our wine section for more details. The coast is no more than 35 minutes drive with clean white beaches, night life, cafe life and countless fish restaurants.. Loreto, Ascoli Piceno, Conero , Ancona, Assisi, Frasassi Caves, Adriatic Coast, Rome, Bologna , Urbino - All places of interest to visit in a day or an overnight stay .
