The pool visible from the house is in a secure and totally private location surrounded by grass and a safe distance from the house.
The garden is mature and beautifully maintained , a haven of tranquility , securely hedged and fenced offering a child friendly secure environment. The
pool is not fenced however, young children have to be supervised at all times as always.
The back of the house is dominated by a tiled loggia which has attractive ratten furniture and a wooden table with seating.
The loggia gives onto the garden and towards the pool, plenty of garden furniture is provided along with umbrellas for those seeking shade from the
hot Italian Sun.
The house is only 2km from Sant angelo in Pontano, a vibrant medieval hill top village at 500 sq meters providing a very well stocked mini super market
with a excellent wine selection, two butchers, vegetable shops, a baker, chemist, bank with ATM, fish and vegtable vans weekly, three restaurants and
3 bars. There are three beautuiful churches, one is newly restored with magnificent frescoes and the little theatre again newly restored is perfectly
restored in all its baroque grandeur and has a busy, diverse programme running all year.
A large covered tiled loggia leads which leads into the garden. There is a wooden table and seating for outside dining along with rattan chairs , a
wonderful place to sit in the shade and admire the enchanting garden and views of the the local hill top town.
Casa Noce is accessed down a white road which is well maintained and presents no problems. There are no neighbours the house being the only one on
the track making the location of the house extremely private although not remote or inaccessible. The village is a mere 2 km and if one is fit the walk takes
around 20. minutes.
From the house and garden are lovely views off the beautiful village Sant Angelo which is in the heart of Le Marche and the most sought area in the region.
The villages close by are all untainted by tourism , perfect examples of living and thriving hill towns with a huge choice of excellent restaurants and Pizzerias.
There will be an English Restaurant guide left in the house for you to help you make the most of these.
the coast and the Adriactic Beaches are less than one hour from the house, an easy drive that does not involve getting on the motorway .
the Sibilini Mountains with a huge fresh water lake, ski resort, wild flower meadows and dramatic walking and vistas are 35 minute drive .
