Sarnano a few kilometers away is a bustling town with a generous amount of interesting shops and boutiques, a good supply of restaurants some excellent and
many pizzerias and geleti bars.
It has two supermarkets and a market every Thursday. The beautiful pool commands wonderful views as do the loggias on each side of the house. Casa Moro has
a homely, benevolent atmosphere having been lovingly restored by its English owners yet is a highly sophisticated house providing a perfect holiday home for
families, groups or honeymooners and a perfect base for immersing oneself in the beautiful surrounding countryside.
There is a large farmhouse style fitted wooden kitchen with everything provided including a large fridge, 5 burner hob and large gas oven, a very generous supply of good quality crockery and glass
ware. An expansive wooden table and seating for ten are provided. An elegant , spacious sitting room with leather sofas has a huge open wood fire which dominates the room. Doors lead to
terraces outside. Casa Moro would be a wonderful christmas house is available owing to is atmosphere of cosyness and warmth but in summer the rooms keep cool as they have w high ceilings
and terracotta floors. There is a twin bed room on the first floor and a shower room with a loo and sink.
The first floor houses the rest of the bedrooms. Two double bedrooms have private shower rooms with sinks and loos, all high quality fittings and fixtures through out . The house is fully gas
fired central heated and each window has shutters and mosy screens. There are two more twin bed room one of which works as a double if required. There is a family bathroom with a bath,
shower, sink, and loo. The house has been designed with families in mind and is perfect for 2 families sharing with kids in tow.
In the basement there is a games area with a ping pong table.
Outside the pool is to the front of the house , the driveway is dominated by the huge old mulberry tree. The pool is 12 x 6 with ship steps paved terrace and 10 sun beds.
There are two tiled loggias with rattan furniture on either side of the house, the views in all directions are stunning, mountains, valleys, meadows, fields and hill towns, very uniquely Marchiagianan.
Details: entrance into hall leads to kitchen one way with loggia to the side and sitting room the otherway with a loggia accessed through wood and glass french doors. A twin bedded room and
shower room are on this ground floor.
First Floor: 2 master bedrooms with private shower rooms, 2 twin rooms sharing a family bathroom.Games room below the house.

mountian pass and the Sassatetto Sking Resort is only 30 mins away. Amandola 8 km .Sarnano weekly market Thursday.
Day trips to Assisi and Ascoli Piceno both less than two hours and Loreto, Fermo or Ascoli Piceno.
The regional capital Macerata is a 20 minute drive with not only top quality boutiques and restaurants but a spectacular open air opera season in the summer.

The local area is busy with festa and Sagras in the summer and Aumtmn time celebrating harvests and holidays. These are great fun for all the family, everyone staying up late into the night,
eating gelati and dancing.
Close by the Adriatic coast with its long white beaches and numerous fish restaurants and nightlife is an easy 40 minute drive. The Sibilini mountains with all their natural beauty, wonderful
walking, skiing, wild flowers and pony trekking along with water sports on a natural fresh water lake are 45 minutes drive from the house.The nearest beach Civitanova is a 40 minute drive
offering sandy beaches and a wide choice of fish restaurants, shops, boutiques and coffee bars.There is a lively night life scene too. The chic resorts of Grottamare and San
Benedetto are a further 30 minutes to the south. Monte Conero National Park is about an hours drive to the north with well marked walks, mountain biking and excellent beaches and
restaurants at Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo. There is a local agriturismo the closest restaurant.
