Casa Luciano is equally stylish inside and comfortable.
The house is has a very well equipped kitchen and is
decorated in a contemporary style with emphasis on
relaxation. The outside
space with its spacious gardens and well tended , well
stocked grounds allows plenty of room for ball games,
sun bathing and there are beautiful peaceful walks from
the house .
The luxurious pool house area is a self contained unit
with cooking facilities, food storage, a changing room,
shower and WC along with the elegant eating area
allows one to stay put by the
pool all day .The pool area is a safe environment for
young children as long as they are always supervised.
The views from the pool, house and terrace of the
surrounding Italian countryside, with olive groves,
sunflowers, hill top towns and vines are entrancing.  
The mountains always present in the
background. The house is in a totally private location
down a white road  which is very well maintained. The
garden and grounds are safely fenced in, the lawn
surrounding the house is flat and
generously planted with many varieties of fruit tree and
shrubs. Lavender , rosemary and laurel  grow in
abundance.
There is a paved terrace below the house with a table,
chairs and large umbrella surrounded by garden it is a
lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of prosecco or chilled
beer.
The pool terrace and  pool house are both  neatly
designed to provide a perfect place to spend the day,
under the tiled pool house roof escaping the mid day
sun eating lunch which can be
prepared and enjoyed in situ with a fridge and barbecue
provided along with crockery, glasses etc. There is also a
 shower cubicle and WC making it easy to stay and chill
out by the pool all
day and night is desired.  The 10 x 5 m  pool is only a
short distance from the house has bay hedging and a
wall sectioning the area off, the pool is south facing and
bathed in sunlight from morning to early evening.

Casa Luciano:
Sitting pretty  at the end of its own private track is in an idyllic
location, secluded , peaceful and private with a large private pool,
comfortable well equipped accommodation for up to 8 people.
Serenely peaceful but still conveniently close to local villages , hill
towns, restaurants, shops and the coast.
A perfect place to enjoy a stress free holiday immersed in typical
Italian countryside surrounded by olive trees, vines and fields of
sunflowers.
The south facing pool and well equipped pool house provide a lovely
place to while away time , long lunches under the shaded loggia ,
star gazing , barbecues ,  cooking facilities are provided in the pool

OUTSIDE:
A spacious lawned garden surround s the house full of fruit trees,
oleander and lavender. The garden is completely fenced and secure .
7 ft gates guard the entrance with a parking and turning space to the
front and side. There are benches in the garden - the lawn is flat and
well maintained - a safe place for children to play. Good for ball
games.
there are several really pretty walks fro the house across fields or up
the white road which is very quiet into the village - 2 kms away.
The house is situated in a private location, with no immediate
nieghbours and enjoys total privacy and is surrounded in summer
by fields of sunflowers and wheat . The views are of rolling verdant
countryside, a hill town and mountains to the right of the house.
POOL
10 x 6 paved surround 3/4s hedged accessed in front of the  house
down slight broad steps. A pool house offers a sheltered, fully shaded
dining area with table and chairs, a food preparation area with a hob,
fridge and picnic ware. A shower and WC to the side.
Parasols , sun recliners, sun chairs and tables are provided.
The views from the pool are the same tranquil relaxing views as
from the house and the terrace enjoys all day sunshine .
The pool is cleaned regularly by a pool technician.
