| Layout: A large, generously proportioned restored farmhouse now offering perfect holiday accommodation for a family and larger groups.8 bedroom s split into apartments each with two bedrooms with double and single bedrooms, a well designed, attractive kitchen, top quality shower/bathrooms and pretty , well furnished accommodation. Although the apartments have private entrances the house is used as one house with a converted animal stable which serves as a large, characterful dining room/ reception area. The kitchen serving the house is a beamed, pretty room with a wooden painted kitchen with an oven, hob, dish washer, fridge and table and chairs for up to 10. The bedrooms are double and twin which can be double .Furnished with iron beds steaded and Italian country furniture. In the main house there are 6 bedrooms, 3 double and 3 twin . 3 bathroom/shower rooms. The dining room and sitting room are on the ground floor situated in the original cantina creating a large , characterful room. There is also a utility room with a washing machine on this floor. Two other bedrooms with private bathroom/shower rooms are situated in the garden house next to the pool and spa. One has a double bedroom and the other a double and one single bedroom. Both have a private shower, well fitted quality shower room with ensuite facilities. The Spa adds a real sense of luxury. The Spa area consists of a Jacuzzi for 6 people with sliding doors leading to the pool terrace. There is also a sauna and a separate area with two high power showers. The pool although not heated is great to use in colder months when the temperature drops below 18%.Warm up in the sauna , jump into the pool do some lengths then immerse yourself in the warm jacuzzi. |

It has the added luxury of housing a 6 seater hot tub/jacuzzi with all the kit and a beautiful little sauna room along side . One can make full use of the pool from early may until mid October nestling down in the hot tub after a bracing swim if off season. Over heat in the sauna and refresh yourself in the Pool. With breathtaking views, a huge crystal clear lake , fantastic hiking, pony hire, ski ing and restaurants and bars the Sibilini mountains are worth days spent exploring. The coast is 1hr away - long mostly sandy, clean beaches , designer outlet shopping, a vat choice of restaurants , art galleries and swimming in the Adriatic sea. |
