| Outside The house is approached along a tree-lined driveway and there is sufficient parking for several cars. Twenty metres from the house and up a gentle flight of 8 steps is the main garden area in which there is a large terracotta tiled terrace beside the swimming pool. This area is an elevated suntrap with uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. There are a number of sun loungers, sun umbrellas, garden seating, tables, deck chairs. . A barbeque is available.The hill town close to the house has a good shops and several shops a pizzeria/restaurant outside space in summer, bar centrale, winebar, pizzeria and beautiful medieval architecture , long winding streets .It produces a well known, light crisp dry buttery white wine called Pecorino. Close to Ascoli Piceno the most important of Le Marche ancient cities and remarkably beautiful and fascinating, several other medieval hilltowns , large and small 20 mins from the coast at San Benedetto a smart coastal town with white clean safe beaches . |
