| Casa Ella has a commanding position on top of a hill with wonderful views of glorious Italian country side , mountains and hill towns.a hill and a huge garden facing the Monti Sibillini. The 11 m private pool enjoys all day sunshine and magnificent views with a large paved area and outside lighting for fun and parties by the pool. A wooden loggia on an elevated position is the perfect place for picnics, sundowners or morning coffees and also is a favourite with children. The gardens immediately surrounding the house with 270 degree views are private and secluded with trees providing natural shade, a tranquil and cool spot for a 'siesta after a long lazy lunch'. The house can sleep up to 15 people and is ideal for large families who want to share their holidays but still retain some independence. There is a hot tub and sauna room with independent external access. Close to several sought after hill towns, one voted as one of the top 100 most beautiful medieval hill towns in Italy. The local area is full of excellent restaurants and relaxed family pizzerias. The hill towns have markets, shops, lively bars and beautiful medieval architecture. The cost is less than an hours drive . House Details: A Large reception area leads into the open plan kitchen and dining room has sofas, TV and an open fireplace - Main kitchen ~ stainless steel sink with cupboard, gas cooker, floor and wall cupboards, microwave, large fridge with ice box, all new. Pots, pans and all utensils. The kitchen forms part of the living / dining area. The bedrooms all comfortably furnished and well equipped: .Bedrooms: Bedroom 1, double bed and 1 single bed Bedroom 2, double bed and 1 single bed with bathroom and shower room. Bedroom 3, double bed with private en suite WC, bidet and sink. Bedroom 4, twin beds with private en suite shower room A further shower room houses a washing machine. The studio apartment has a double sofa-bed, kitchen corner, table and chairs and shower room. | Gualdo 3 kms away, 5 minutes by car, San Ginesio and Sarnano only 20 minutes away by car are all beautiful medieval hilltop towns for sightseeing, shops and restaurants. Sarnano is the most popular, bustling with shops and coffee bars - a great meeting place. All have a market day (mornings only) with something different to offer. Macerata, famous for its opera festival is 30 minutes away by car. Sassotetto for mountain walks and skiing is 20 minutes away by car. Most villages have a small grocery store, a bakery and green-grocery and sometimes a butcher where you can buy local produce and essentials. Gualdo and Penna San Giovanne has all of them including a bank. There are a number of big supermarkets, usually situated close to the coast which is ideal if you are coming from one of the major airports . |
