neighbours Tuscany, Umbria and Emilia Romagna but has very few tourists in comparason and has been discribed as Italy in one region and Italy's
best kept secret. is located within the central to southern area of Le Marche which is held to be the most beautiful and sought after in the region.

From the house there are wonderful walks, a perfect oppotunity to explore the lovely countryside surrounding the house.
There are countless hill top towns in the area to explore and enjoy the many excellent restaurants .An English restaurant guide to the area will be in the
house to help you along. The choices are plentiful.

Tesoro is set down its own private drive on an elevated position with graceful, far reaching views of this beautiful area of Le Marche.
The house has been renovated to a high standard with luxurious finishes in the shower and bathrooms and top bedroom suite. You enter the house from
the driveway where there is a cloakroom with WC and washing machine. The dining room with table and chairs leads onto a side terrace and the kitchen.
The kitchen leads out to the eating terrace. A small sitting room with an open fire and a large leather sofa leads up to the first floor.
Here there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin/double. Both room lead to a luxurious bathroom with large walk in shower, bath, two sinks and a
WC. The fitting are high standard and contemporary in design as they are throughout. There is another small sitting room with a sofa bed and open fire
place. This room leads to the 2nd floor suite which has a double bed, luxury huge walk in shower, large bath tub, 2 sinks and a WC. It is open plan and
leads to a large area of open plan wardrobes and shelving. There is a sitting area with antique stove and leather sofa with a large TV. The room has two
balconies for enjoying the beautiful views and looking down on the infinity pool area.
The outside has a dining terrace close to the house with large wooden tables, a huge umbrella and seating for 6 to 8. The pool is on a lower terrace with
a sheltered sitting area which also has table and chairs and sun loungers. The pool is an infinity pool with side steps into the shallow end.
