bustling hill top town. Close to Le Marches major attractions but in a private and secluded setting.
Casa Carina does not have swimming pool as it is a few minutes drive to the sea.

the sushi bar on porto Nuovo beach, fine dining under the stars.There are water sports here and one can hire boats to take you out to empty
beaches.
The beaches are quiet until mid July and busiest mid august for the national two week holiday.
The closest town inland is a medieval hill top town Potenza Picena. The town has all ordinary shopping requirements, a good restaurant and
quality shops. It is walkable from the house , a 20/30 minute walk.
Close by is Loreto a major pilgrimage destination and visited by the pope annually. It has a magnificent cathedral and monastery with a huge ,
portico piazza.
