loggia for shade. Located less than 10 minutes drive from San Ginesio, one of Le Marche's most beautiful villages, with superb local shops and only
an hour and a quarter from Ancona Airport.

Kitchen: The large stylish kitchen includes a range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, Gaggia coffee machine and plenty of kitchen
equipment for keen cooks. There is ample storage.
Utility Room: The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the double shower room.
Living Rooms: The sitting room has 2 French doors onto a terrace, the dining room seats 12 and has a stove and French doors, there's a TV,
DVD and open fire in the kitchen and a further sitting room with a plasma screen TV, cinema surround sound and DVD.
The elegant black swimming pool (12 m x 8m) has a childrens paddling area built into it and the garden is very large for playing. The
swimming pool is not fenced and a watchful eye should be kept on children. Dogs are welcome if kept under strict control. They are not
allowed upstairs or on any furniture.
Outside
Casa Amelia has a lovely, well designed large garden with fruit and olive trees and an orto (veggie patch) The swimming pool area has a
giraffe house with fridge, sink and plastic plates and glasses, there is also an attractive loggia for shade and good quality wooden sun
loungers. There are several hammocks around the garden and off the kitchen there is a wonderful shaded loggia with tables for alfresco
dining. There's a good terrace for watching the sun go down off the sitting room and a couple of BBQs.
