| Casa Alice is situated in a pretty rural location set amongst typical Italian country side with a view of the nearest hill top walled town a 5 minute drive away or a 20 minute walk. The 9 x 5 m private pool is on a terrace below the house and is south facing and has magnificent views of the rolling marche hills and the Sibillini mountains. The pool is fenced off from the house to prevent young children wandering down unaccompanied. A shaded terrace to the side of the house provides a perfect place for al fresco dining with the lovely old walled town forming a back drop. The house has 4 bedrooms two having private facilities, furnished comfortably and tastefully by its Irish owners Casa Alice makes for a perfect holiday home for a family or group sharing. It is well equipped and perfectly located for exploration of this glorious region of Italy. |

The pool is partly fenced and therefore child friendly .Casa Cannavino is very compatible with children and provides perfect family accommodation within a safe environment. It is also the perfect solution for a group of friends or two couples who want to enjoy languid days around the pool, siestering after a long lunch in the hammock under the shade of the walnut tree , exploring the local region , discovering the delights of Marchigianan food, visiting the bars open late at night and sipping a chilled prosecco watching another beautiful Italian sunset.This delightful , beautifully restored house will enchant you as will the views and its locality. |
| House Details: Enter into sitting room with leather sofas, wood burner and views out to pool, terrace and the hill town. Through to the dining room with table and chairs for up to 10. The kitchen leads from the dining room and is a fitted well equipped kitchen with a table for childrens meals and a door out to side of the house with access to the parking area and pool terrace. One double bedroom is on the ground floor but in a private location with a private shower room with sink and WC and spacious walk-in built in shower. First Floor: Bedroom with double bed, hanging space and blanket box, private shower room with spacious built in shower area, sink and WC. Two twin bedded rooms with hanging space share a bathroom with a bath, over head built in shower, sink and WC. All the windows have shutters, ceramic floors , beamed ceilings and room fans. Outside: A shaded terrace with table and chairs surrounded by lavender and rosemary with a barbecue - the pool is visible from the terrace. Steps lead to another sunbathing terrace with lavender and rosemary plants and sunbeds .Steps lead down to the pool terrace with a wooden fence securing the area . The pool has lovely views, is laved wih terracotta tiles and is 9m by 4 m , all one depth 1.4m with roman built in steps. |
