Casa Canaletti is a huge and beautifully presented ground floor apartment of a country house in a secluded
rural setting with wonderful views and spacious grounds. Surrounded by hectares of sunflower , wheat and poppy fields
with a sophisticated pool terrace , pool house and bar and a dining area set amongst olive trees with far reaching views
of hill towns, idyllic country side and the Sibillini mountains ever present in the background.
Close to three Hill towns , Loro Piceno is a five minute drive and has two high class restaurants and a delightful bar in
the Piazza Central along with several beautiful churches.

accompany you where ever you turn.
The pool house has a cool, contemporary bar further enhancing the feeling of a boutique hotel along with the Moroccan room with its gas fired
barbecue, chill out cushioned area.
For all its feeling of sophistication the apartment is a very safe environment for children being on the ground floor and the gardens quite flat and
secure.
It also adapts well for elderly or people with restricted movement.
