Just over one hour from Le Marches airport Ancona with flights from Ryan Air London Stansted and Liverpool. Le Marche  neighbours Tuscany,
Umbria and Emilia Romagna but has very few tourists in comparason and has been discribed as Italy in one region and Italy's best kept secret. is
located within the central to southern area of Le Marche which is held to be the most beautiful and sought after in the region.
The regional capital Macerata is 25 minutes drive and as well as having high quality boutiques and restaurants holds a spectacular open air opera season
every summer.

The area comes alive in the summer monthes each village holding a sagra or  a festa to celebrate harvests and the  holiday season. These events are great
fun for families, everyone staying up late, eating gelati and dancing under the stars.
From the house there are wonderful walks, a perfect oppotunity to explore the lovely countryside surrounding the house. The views are wonderful of the
surrounding country side and the dramatic Sibillini mountains. From the drive way there is a view of Monte San Martino less than 2 miles away

There are countless hill top towns in the area to explore and enjoy the many excellent restaurants .An English restaurant guide to the area will be in the
house to help you along. The choices are plentiful.

Borgo Sorbatti is a graceful country house set in private, tranquil, child secure gardens with beautiful views and a huge private
pool, close to the walls of Loro Piceno spectacular walled town in Le Marche Italy.

The house has large, well appointed rooms comfortably furnished and with a sense of ease and relaxation inside and out. Loro Piceno is a short drive
away, a splendid, ornate hill top town. The area is full of cultural treasures to explore, wonderful country side and one hour from the coast. The graceful
charm and relaxed atmosphere of La Frattina  along with absolute tranquility and privacy makes for a perfect Italian house holiday.  
There house can sleep 14 each bedroom has its own shower room the reception rooms are huge, a spectacular dining room and
comfortable sitting rooms, luxurious bedrooms with private baths and a professional kitchen. It is possible to hire another house in
the gronds to sleep 7 more people. In peak weeks the pool is shared by the family from Romeat times. Please enquire for details.
