The Accommodation
elegant accommodation in an stunning,
beautifully converted converted ex stable in the
grounds of a 19th Century Villa.
7 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom facility
are named after poems and forces of nature. Each
individually and stylishly decorated and furnished with
double beds and country furnitture. High ceilings
ensure airiness and a cool , serene atmosphere. Arranged
at different ends of the house and two with independent
entrances the rooms are private and secluded.
The elegant reception rooms , furnished with antiques,
are spacious and numerous, with a formal sitting room,
high raftered ceiling dining room, cosy area to sit by a
fire and read and on the first floor another two sitting
rooms one with a TV as well as two study area
furnished with writing desks.
The high raftered beamed ceilings lend to the sense of
space and tranquility.
There are several areas in which to sit and relax, there
are writing desks in quiet corners and a room with a
large TV suitable for children.
Glass doors allow the light and sunshine to be stream
into the rooms but the high rooms, thick walls,
terracotta tiled floors and shuttered windows all help to
keep the house cool in the hot summer months and full
central heating along with the open fires ensure the house
is snug and warm for winter visits.

Being 5 minutes walk form the town of Loro Piceno a car is not essential to staying at
the Borgo
A large parking area, an olive tree lined path take you to the front door.

The kitchen is stainless, steel , professional kitchen with all modern conveniences including
coffee maker, microwave, larder fridge and freezer, 6 burner gas hob, gas oven,
dishwasher. Extremely well equipped for cooking.
A staircase takes you to the first floors. With a study area and seating area. There is a
desk for Writing .
An open plan sitting area has sofas and chairs with a large TV and another writing
desk and study area.
There are four bedrooms on this floor. Two at either end. All are double bedded rooms ,
two have a single beds if required.
Each bedroom is prettily decorated with hand painted head boards.
Each bedroom has a shower room with shower cubicle, WC, Sink and Bidet with high
quality fittings and fixtures.
There three more bedrooms with entrances to the back of the house. One set of bedrooms has two double rooms, both separate to each other decorated in the
same style as the other bedrooms in the main house.
One bedroom can be used as a self catering apartment. It has a small built in kitchenette hidden in a cupboard not on view. It also has a single bed that
can be used as a sofa and a double bed.This to has a private shower room fitted for a disabled person using a wheel chair.
The outside area is surrounded by mature gardens, high hedges , olive trees and mature roman pines .
At the front and to the side of the house there is a grassed lawn and lovely area for sunbathing under the shade of the trees. A hammock slung around to trees
providing one such place. There is an iron swing and a wooden swing to one side of the house.
This area has lovely views of mountains and hill top towns in the distance.
The pool is 15 x 8 meters with a shallow and deep end. It has a paved surround and a very spacious grass terrace surrounded by flowering shrubs and
hedges.
Garden furniture and umbrellas are provided.
Breakfast is provided daily if required and a maid service . The linen and towels are all good quality cotton.
The Borgo provides perfect accommodation for a large group holding a special occasion party. A birthday party for instance. A cook can be provided.
The house is available to be rented as a whole accommodating 14 people with exclusive rights over the pool.
