This beautifully presented holiday apartment offers tasteful and
comfortable accommodation for 4 people with a large south facing terrace
which commands spectacular views of Le Marche with the Adriatic sea
easily visible on a clear day. Perfectly placed for sightseeing and a
wonderful place for a holiday in Le Marche .
has used his skill and taste to create an elegant airy space full of
natural light with high white beamed ceilings and long glass doors
instead of windows allowing the astonishing views to be fully
appreciated.
The apartment has an independent entrance leading off an
ancient cobbled street just off an exquisite little piazza.
Parking is Available and the Apartment can be accessed by a
very quiet, narrow ,cobbled street.
Monte San Martino is a perfect example of an opulent medieval
hill town absolutely unspoilt or tainted by tourism.
It has an excellent restaurant beneath the portico of the bar in
the main piazza. There are also some beautiful examples of
works by Crivelli Brothers which have stayed in the original
place since the 1490,s.
The apartment are available to rent all year and for longer winter
lets.
The twin bedroom is accessed through the sitting room down a short corridor with a bathroom next door. This has a bath
with overhead shower attachment, sink and WC.
The twin bedded room has equally lovely views as the rest of the apartment and is comfortably furnished with bedside
tables and lamps.
The kitchen is well equipped tucked away through the dining area . It has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven and a large
selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans, crockery and glasses as well as cookery books.
A good kitchen for a cooking enthusiast. Compact but fully equipped.

Restaurants in this area are excellent quality, very reasonably priced, and most often homemade wine/olive oil, and fresh ingredients from the owners’ home
kitchen garden.
Macerata' Opera is a 'must see' during the summer months (30 minute drive), Civitanova Marche is a delightful seaside town that comes alive during the summer
(30 minutes drive), and for some fresh mountain air with walking and bike tracks you are only 30 minutes drive from the breathtaking Sibillini National Park.
'Fermo' is the areas main town of importance with museums, grand Churches, beautiful parks, weekly antique markets, good restaurants and brimming with
character and only 20-minute drive. It has regular Festivals and is always fun to visit.
'Ascoli Piceno' is located 40 minutes drive away (beautiful drive through mountains and forest roads), is also a main town offering picturesque Piazza's, antique
markets, plenty of shopping and restaurants. This is more touristy, but very beautiful.
Close to: Amandola, Servigiliano, Penna San Vittoria, Sarnano, Smerillo, Monte Fortino, Sibillini mountains
There is a pizzeria less than 8 minute drive and 4 other local restaurants besides the huge choice within 20 minutes.
