A panoramic balcony provides another place for view gazing Close to shops, walking distance to the closet beautiful medieval hill town with two excellent restaurants on your door step. Important historic towns and culture are all close by. Secluded and Tranquil with its astonishing vistas Bella vista is a perfect choice for an Italian villa holiday. From Bellavista t he views are truly exceptional , at night 13 hill top towns are visible twinkling into the distance. By day if clear the Adriatic sea can be seen 40 km away. The is alot of space around the house which is all lawn and paths providing a safe environment for young children. The pool is in front of and visible from the villa. 8 x6 m it is all one depth and designed for child safety and proper swimming for grown ups. The surround is paved and lawn. Sun chairs and umbrellas are provided. A spacious railed balcony leading from the first floor of the villa overlooking the pool and garden enjoys the incredible vistas and offers another setting for sunbathing, dining and relaxing. The house is approached down a private lane and is at the end of the track. There are no neighbours and no reason for any one to pass by. Huge wrought iron gates protect your privacy eve more. The villa therefore is a haven of tranquility and seclusion.Yet the house is only a 6 minute drive into the nearest hill top town which has shops and basic provisions. Ten minutes on there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks etc.A twenty minute stroll along country lanes gets you into Ripe San Genesio, a perfect example of a medieval hill town, immaculately kept and utterley charming it has a baker, ATM, post office, small shop, baker, two bars and an excellent restuarant serving pizza on Friday nights.The villa is child friendly although the pool is not fenced and parents are asked to supervise their children at all times.. The garden is mostly flat , well kept and stocked, perfect for ball games and activities. Layout: Entrance lobby lead to kitchen, utility . open plan sitting room with a wood burner, contemporary furniture, leather sofas, a dining area and a separate sitting area. To the front of the house is the huge portico with several arches showing the spectacular views, rattan sofas and table also a dining table and chairs. Upstairs: Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, tv, bedside tables and lamps ensuite bath, sink, shower loo and bidet. Twin bed room and double bed room. Family bathroom , loo, sink, shower. All presented with top quality fittngs and italian tiles. all the bedrooms are well furnished. A study/4th bedroom is off the landing with a double sofa bed and curtains to provide privacy. A long railed balcony has sun chairs and supplies yet another place to enjoy the views which are breathtaking. Childs Swing LOCAL AREA The nearest medieval village is a stunning , unspoilt example of a walled medieval hill town. A beautifully preserved and fully inhabited village with perfectly preserved Medieval architecture, small shops including an excellent bakery and a good restuarant serving modern style Marchigianan food and pizza at the weekend. . The house a 20 minute easy walk into the main piazza - there is a small , well stocked mini mart which sells meat, vegetable, sundries, wine etc. a chemist, a bank with an ATM which accepts visa and foreign cards. The food served in the local restaurants is typically Marchigianan and absolutely delicious - accompanied of the many superb Marche wines. See our wine section for more details. San Genesio is a few miles drive away - voted one of the top 100 most beautiful towns in Italy - it has a weekly sunday market, a stunningly restored bijou theatre, two restaurants , one serving pizza , the other serving top knotch food and wine. The town has a large tennis club open to non members. In the local area you have several lovely hill towns and cities to explore all with excellent restaurants, sophisticated bars or very typical Italian day to day bars, gorgeous architecture, resplendent views, markets, shops, festas and concerts. La Vita is both a restaurant guide and a general service guide to the area. The mountains are a 25 minute drive with a stunning frsh water lake with safe swimming , a beach, restaurants, pedalo and canoe hire - a fantastic day trip for families . There a wonderful walking oppotunities and quad bike hire with a guide available. Macerata the nearest city and the provincial capital is a 20 mintue drive , it hosts a spectacular open air opera event annually in July. Bike hire is available and horse riding at a near by Abbey with more beautiful walks in the grounds.
