only 2 kms from two hill top villages and less than one hour from the coast. Villa Vigne is located above a vineyard amongst field of sunflowers and

Le Vigne offers spacious and generous accommodation, the villa was restored from the original farmhouse in 2006 and has retained its former
character and old charm with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The rooms have high ceilings and are genrous in size and proportion.
The ground floor: From the front of the house yo enter a small vestibule with the staircase to the next floor. The house has two floors
with all the reception rooms on the ground and the bedrooms above.
There is a downstairs cloakroom which is suitable for disabled people. You enter an open plan sitting room with a wood burning fireplace. This
room is large and airy with 2 sets of french doors leading onto the covered loggia and onto the pool area.
The dining area seperated by an arch way can seat 12 there is also another long table in the sitting room and the house is capable of
accommodating 14 people and feeding a large number.
In the winter the house is sometimes used as an agriturismo and holds receptions for birthdays parties etc.
the kitchen is a small ish semi industrial one extremely well provided for cooking . The gas hob in the middle of the room has an extractor hood
with cooking utensils hanging from it. A cooking enthusiasts chance to show off.
take you into Sant Angelo or Mogliano through the glorious Marche countryside.
The villa is sometimes used as an Agriturismo off season and has all the facilities for cooking fantastic Marche feasts. The Saputi
family who are well renowned wine makers and use the grapes at Le vigne for their wonderful Rosso Piceno wines will provide dinners
or lunches for you, classical local recipes cooked using local ingredients. If you only have one dinner you should to experience marche
cooking at its most real and finest.
We can provide baby sitters, drivers and food already prepared on arrival all to ensure you have the best holiday possible in this
beautiful villa.

Having visited Le Marche many times we have foound our perfect holiday home with Le Vigne. The house was so accommodating, the views
astounding and the pool such a treat to have such a large, beautiful pool all to our selves. We really hope to come again, we loved sittng under the
loggia sipping Mr. Saputis wonderful wine and just mesmerised by the views and lights of the hill towns at nights. Thankyou to the saputi
