The Accommodation
Old and very carefully restored house it has retained all its natural charm and
beauty. The atmosphere is restful and relaxed and the house is comfortably
furnished with attention to detail and generously supplied.
The windows have external shutters and the floors terracotta tiles these details
and the thickness of the walls helps keep the house cool in the hot summer
months. Full central heating and a wood burner ensure cosiness and comfort in
the colder months , a magical winter cottage close enough to the ski slopes visible
from the pool terrace for a days skiing.
All modern conveniences have been supplied to ensure an effortless, lazy holiday.
The facilities are excellent for a smaller holiday rental.

Down the iron railed staircase leads to a very well equipped kitchen with fridge,
freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle , a table with seating for 6 and a door leading onto
one of the terraces. This makes a perfect location for breakfast, sipping coffee in the
morning sunshine. A utilitiy room to the left of the kitchen has a washing machine.
Up a tiled staircase leads to the two bedrooms. One is a lovely beamed room with
twin beds. The other bedroom has a double bed and a door leading to the terraces
and pool. Both rooms are furnished with bedside tables, lights and the twin with
attractive iron framed beds.
A spacious shower room with sink and WC serves both bedrooms, attractively tiled
and decorated with good quality chrome fittings.

The main terrace leads from the hall and has a table with chairs, shaded
by a huge old oak tree with a swing chair and barbecue.
The private pool is a perfect sun-trap with lovely views and absolutely
no prying eyes. The pool is surrounded by old olive trees.
